Meet Peter
Peter is a qualified Personal Trainer who lives in Tuross Head with his Partner, Rachael. Tuross Head Personal Training promotes working towards better health and well-being at any age or fitness level and Peter laments it's never too late or too far gone to prioritise your health and become the healthiest version of yourself at any age.

Peter is also an Australian Army Veteran who is a proud ambassador of ‘I AM’ Invictus which promotes the many benefits of adaptive sport. Peter competed in the Sydney Invictus Games in 2018, and more recently in six events at the Invictus Games, The Hague in April 2022. Peter secured 5 medals and has competed in events such as Athletics, powerlifting, indoor rowing, swimming.

Personal training with us is completely different, we are caring, honest and sincere about helping you with your fitness goals and our programs are specifically designed to suit your abilities, goals, interests and level of fitness.

You'll train close to the shops and beach, so you'll be nice and close for a quick swim or shop after your workout session.

I initially only intended working with Pete for a couple of months focusing on building strength. However due to his professionalism, skill and dedication I have improved my core strength from barely being able to do even a couple of sit ups etc. This spurred me on to keep improving and making an exercise session with Pete a regular part of my fitness regime. 30 Minute Session

One 30 minute session is $35. 10 pack of 30 minute sessions is $325.

45 Minute Session

One 45 minute session is $50. 10 pack of 45 minute sessions is $475.

60 Minute Session

One 60 minute session is $70. 10 pack of 60 minute sessions is $675.

Initial Consult

One-off initial consult is required before undertaking personal training sessions which is free of charge.
