I initially only intended working with Pete for a couple of months focusing on building strength. However due to his professionalism, skill and dedication I have improved my core strength from barely being able to do even a couple of sit ups etc. This spurred me on to keep improving and making an exercise session with Pete a regular part of my fitness regime. Pete keeps it fresh with a mixture of boxing, strength and cardio. Can't thank you enough, Pete.
Pete is a great trainer with a remarkable ability to adapt workouts to age and ability. Both my fitness and flexibility have benefitted from sessions with him.
Pete is always ready with a planned workout and guide's you through with confidence and conversation. Time goes fast, planks go slow. Just don't call him a nice guy, or more push ups could be on the cards.
